Most Delicious Bacon Flavor and Healthy!
Oh my goodness I'm so glad I bought these! I was a li'l scared as they had no reviews yet.These are the most delicious Porcinis I've ever had. They literally give every dish that smoky, bacon flavor!What a Godsend to every chef wanting the taste of bacon, but also wanting a healthy heart ❤️ to go with it! My whole family are Vegans, so these, seriously, are an answer to prayer.I always use them dry. Use scissors to snip them into "bacon" pieces in simmering Collards. Puree them in a blender with boullion for adding Umami flavor to recipes. Excellent layered over caseroulles, or blended into Vegan cheese. Use as "mincemeat" with jackfruit or beans in tacos. Diced over green beans with pinenuts...I could go on and on! Please keep carrying these Amazon - ThankYou for bringing in such quality Porcinis!

Way too hard
These mushrooms are like wood. There is no way to soften them even in boiling water. I can’t use these mushrooms they are useless.

Very yummy
The only problem was the sandiness. Some people don't mind it but I couldn't stand it. I could never get it all rinsed out and even a tiny bit is off putting to me. The only bummer because they tasted great.
