Smells fruity, didn’t have any issue with melt in transit. I haven’t taken it long enough to notice a difference in my hair and nails but I did notice a significant boost in energy, so much so that I make sure I take this in the morning only. Taste is alright, it’s kind of sour which isn’t really my thing but it’s not unbearable. If you like sour patch kids you’ll like these. I also have stomach issues and these don’t seem to cause any heartburn for me which is a plus.
