Salad Buffet in Oklahoma!!
This is by far one of Whitetail Institute’s best products. I’ve tried a several of their products and have had success with them but none have performed like this one and it for sure will stay in my arsenal from now on. This stuff grows fast with little to no farm equipment but if you do have the equipment, it will come in even better. These pictures were taken almost 1 month after planting. This is the first plant on soil of a newly created plot cleared inside the woods. I didn’t take a soil sample or drop lime but did use 400 lbs/acre of fertilizer per the instructions. Started growing in a week. After a month it’s ankle deep and coming in thick. I highly recommend this product. Very happy bow hunter here!!

Deer food plot
The Imperial No Plow has been planted and is starting to pop through after 8 days. I planted it with a bag of Chicory. Now it’s needing some rain to help it’s growth.

Great Product
I had a really hard time deciding what to put in my food plot but I ultimately decided on a mixed plot where I planted late season seeds inn the back half and the front two thirds I planted in Imperial No-Plow. I did prepare the seed bed by tilling in lime and fertilizer after a soil test. At first I was very disappointed, All of the seeds in the back third of the plot germinated quickly and came up very fast and it seemed like the No-Plow was going to be a wash, but I was wrong. Once this started coming up it came in fast and thick and the deer are hammering it. It's a great product. Four stars because its a slow starter compared to other seeds I planted at the same time, but I am very happy with it and will be using it again.

Sprouted & grew great - Blacktail dear won't touch any of it.
Sprouted & grew great! Lush, soft, green, looks good, looks yummy. Our OR. Blacktail dear won't eat it. They eat well established old clover patches and grass, right up to this new stuff, then turn around. Maybe next year they will like it (?)

No plow doesn’t mean no till
Well, you have to break the ground up, and it needs to either have sufficient rain or be watered. Where we tried to over plant, didn’t work so well, when we tilled up the ground a bit and it got rained on, seemed to kick right in. We’ll see how the deer like it.

Grew surprisingly well and fast
We have a vacation home that the deer also frequent. Because we aren't there, I can't prep or till the soil so I thought I would try this. In December of 2017 I tossed out the seeds from a bag I had lying around for a while. That was after first Frost and well before the snow and sub zero temps came. Starting in March, I noticed some green growth concentrated on the areas I had spread the seeds, and sure enough it kept growing and the deer grazed on it. I bought a few more bags and had my neighbor throw the seed out before WV got two weeks of heavy rain. Within a week of sunshine and drier weather I noticed growth in the areas she threw the seed. The pregnant does expecially seem to like it and come every night to graze. I was really surprised because there was zero soil prep, a ton of rain and the soil is very Rocky and compacted... But it grew. The pics I've attached are from our home security cams, but allow you to see the growth.
