One of my favorite guacamole seasonings so far and I have purchased a few. Great blend of seasonings and not too salty.

Also, you can use more or less depending on your taste.

We used to buy the packets of McCormick Guac seasoning. Then covid hit and we used to get 2 for $1 but now it's one for $1.60. So I gave this a try. It tastes great. Not identical to the packets but pretty close. We probably use about a teaspoon per medium avacado. Maybe a touch less. If you do too much it makes the guac a bit sour. Just pull back a bit next time around and it'll taste better.

There are plenty of spices in this mix, but I found it to be flat. Nothing popped “fresh” like you’d expect for guacamole. And the SALT! OMG - salt is the dominant flavor with this mix.Adding fresh cilantro and fresh-squeezed lime juice helps, but even with those fresh ingredients the salt taste is almost overpowering. Probably wouldn’t buy again.

I can't find this seasoning mix in any grocery stores so was very glad to find it on Amazon. It adds a light herbal and lemon flavor to the dish. I stay away from salt, and I don't care for too much pepper; so this seasoning mix is great for pasta, fish, veggies and chicken.
