THE BEST!
We first discovered this amazing balsamic at a little shop in Seattle. It's pricey, but worth it! A little goes a long way, but the flavor is something to behold. A bottle lasts us at least a year (remember I said you didn't need much!), and we are always so glad to have it for special meals and especially for caprese salad. Also good on fruit - strawberries and pineapple....yummy!

Worth every penny
Thick, tangy, and sweet. This vinegar perfects every dish it touches. Wonderful on heirloom tomatoes, avocado, and cheese. Highly recommended

great taste
This is actually the third time II have purchased this vinegar. I originally found it in Vancouver, BC, the second time was from Amazon. Then they were out of it for a long time. It is very thick with great flavor. A little goes a long way. I will continue to purchase it when they have it.
