We have a 13 year old Standard Schnauzer with hip dysplasia and pancreatitis. LOOBANI Dog Sling is perfect. Occasionally, he can walk up the stairs without assistance. If he needs assistance, the sling works perfectly! Just enough to give him a little lift. The fleece lining is very soft. We need to be gentle on his belly due to the pancreatitis, while assisting him with his back hips. Thank you LOOBANI!

This truly made my dogs life better. My senior shepherd mix started to have trouble with her hind legs and within days, couldn't stand up on her own. She was a large dog so as you can imagine, her and I had a rough time figuring out how to help her up. She was happy and healthy but those back legs and hips were tired, weak, and becoming more painful.It drove her nuts that she couldn't get herself up whenever she wanted and it drove me nuts that it was such a struggle to help her up. I decided to look in to something to just give her and myself some help. I'm glad I came across this one.It arrived quickly which we definitely needed. It was pretty much ready to go as soon as opening and was straightforward. The stitching all looked perfect and well done. The inside material was one of the things I liked most. It was soft and added to the comfortability. There was no strong smell to it. The straps were attached really well and I'm still shocked they held up.I used this multiple times a day, everyday for a year. It never ripped, frayed, or anything. I cleaned it and it was like new. At times, it held a large part of my dogs weight, she was over 150+ lbs. Just the quality alone was worth the price. My dog never had irritation or showed discomfort with use.I have nothing but good to say, it was a big help for us. The fact it helped me help my dog, is priceless. She was able to go for walks, go potty outside, stretch her legs, and enjoy herself. It kept my back pain at a minimum and I enjoyed the time spent helping my girl.I highly recommend this if you are looking for a lift aid. Do keep in mind if you have a large dog, you will still strain but it will help immensely. Good luck with your pups.

Quality product, works like a dream, perfect size for my 63 lb dog. Adjustable length strap handles work very well. A must for older dogs that have rear hip degeneration

This product helps elderly dogs or pets that need help with their back legs. It could be used for surgery recovery or it could be used in exchange for a wheelchair. If your pet is afraid of wheels, this harness is nice and handy. This harness helps owners half carry their pet around the yard or up the stairs. It is especially helpful up the stairs but slips down the stairs. Also if your pet likes to pull, it does slip out from under their belly. It's durable enough and the size is good for a large dog. I am using it for a lab and it fits well. In terms of safety, I would say it's helpful for weak dogs but wouldn't consider it overall safe. 4 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sling is soft and comfortable for my pet. Good quality and perfect size for my pet. Like that the handles can be adjusted and has a band to hold the handles together. It washes very well. I used only cold water. Dried back to it's softness. Good product

This is wide enough for a big dog and perfect for my daschund.The length is comfortable for using alone or with a lead. Great product

This is unwieldy and didn't work for my dog. It just made it difficult to walk with him. It could be better for dogs that just need help lifting once, but it didn't really work for walking with them or stairs. Our dog, who has since passed due to old age and a failing body, was about 60 pounds and had trouble with his back legs supporting him in his final year.We decided an "easy up" harness with a handle worked better for those days. This is made well but did not suit our needs.

Bought this for my 75 lb Lab, she's 13 and has Laryngeal Paralysis which causes hind-end weakness, as well as arthritis. She is in increasing need of assistance up stairs, into cars, getting up from sleeping is sometimes a struggle, even help when on walks. I thought I would try those "help up" harnesses, however it is not logical to get her into a harness every time she needs assistance, too much of a pain! This strap has been a great tool for us to keep around the house and in our car, quick and easy to just slip around her backside and give her some additional support when she needs it most. the size is right and she does not seem bothered by it as it has a lot of padding. Highly recommend!
