Metal polishing Wheel 6" x 1" 7p Non Woven Abrasive Wheel Nylon Fiber polishing Wheel Abrasive disc

This is my 2nd purchase and it has over 3.5 years and still going about time to replace it but it is a far better and inexpensive alternative to scotch flat brushes. Great for surface rust on steel, polishing up old tools, weld prep. Basically a solid wheel of fine abrasive nylon.

I use it to clean my golf clubs from scratches and scuff marks. Works exactly as describe. Watch You tube videos and it will show you the before and after. Makes your Golf club almost new again.

i needed to buy a reducing bushing... but the wheel works pretty well. its stiff though, and if the surface is fluffed a little bit it works a lot better.YOU MUST WEAR A FACE MASK with this thing. i know some of you hate face masks and want to be a baby about it. but it will kill your throat. i used it for a few minutes and was sorry i didn't use one.it creates a nice smooth brushed satin look. i can remove stains from metal, leaving a nice metal finish. do not use this on etched parts, like don't use it on a tap that was laser engraved, it will rub that off, where as a wire wheel doesn't.this is not a deburring wheel even though it looks like one. so if you are getting it for that - it won't work. i tried it, it just tore the wheel.now i'm going back and cleaning all my tools. its great for removing dark spots. so like a wire wheel removes the rust, but leaves the stains. this removes the stains without removing too much metal. its a good step right before polishing.

This is the first time I have tried this type of rust remover and buffing wheel for a bench grinder. It removes rust better than the wire wheel and it will put a shine on metal. I have been restoring my father's old wrenches and sockets and other hand tools and they look great. This wheel will cause more dust when using so I recommend wearing a good dust mask, the good Lord only gave us one set of lungs you know.

Great wheel, last one wasn’t centered. Wobbled all over the place. Quality control should make sure the product is true and centered.They sent a replacement that was true center and works perfectly.

The material is very soft ok however there is no internal hub. the wheel will crush, spin and wobble without internal spacer. After I made spacer and flat large diameter driving flanges worked as should . A good one at twice the price would be cheaper. The picture shows label, one I got must have missed the last step no label no nothing no reorder.
