Does it come with speakers?

No, you need to buy your own speakers.

Can I use 6 and 8 ohms speakers for 7.1 on this receiver

I do for 5.1 I don't do 7.1 as I don't have enough room

How is this with music and tv for just a 2.0 set up (via toslink and bluetooth). will upgrade later probably.

I'm using mine with two old pioneer speakers and sound is brilliant

Does this work with echo show 8 | 8" hd smart display with alexa, charcoal

I believe it does, either by a wired connection if by blue tooth via your Alexa app on your phone. It is not a straight forward turn on though as you have to manually connect blue tooth every time you want to listen via Alexa
