These are actually pretty junky and I fully anticipate them to wear out pretty quickly, but for what you pay, this isn't too bad. Honestly for things like drill bits and stuff in my work, I generally like the cheap stuff since I'm usually on a budget and it works good enough. If I were more of a professional, there's no way I'd use these. There's slight deviations in the symmetry on some of these and they dull quickly. With that said. If you're cutting pine/softwoods, these are fine and will last a while for good-enough quality work.

Figured to would be a cheap set to use on current project then toss but they are well made and sharp. Used a lot on oak and still going good. Punch is a plus and even works on soft metal.

I looked all over Lowe’s for something like this kit… I actually ordered this standing in the tool department at Lowe’s. Man, this set really worked well for me. I hade to clean out the chamfer bit a couple of times when performance seemed to drop. Also be sure to tighten the chamfer bit set screw before you start first use. Overall this kit is pretty awesome.

For the price these are great. Overall quality ehhh. I used a few of the bits a few dozen times and they are now very dull.That is why I rated 3 starts.

The counter sinks, and plug cutters work excellent. The drill bit counter sinks bend when you tighten the bit it makes the smaller bits go out of round.

I have two issues with this set. The first one is that it doesn't quite do what I thought it should do, and that may be on me. But I want others to know about it before they purchase it. The other problem is simply the poor quality.First off, it's a plug and chamfer set that don't work together. I thought the chamfers that were attached to the drill bits would take out a plug size piece of wood and the plug cutters could then fill that hole. No. The chamfers do what chamfers are supposed to do, they round out the hole. And the plug cutters cut plugs. The two don't go together. I was clearly after a different product.As for the poor quality, it's multifaceted. One of the chamfers doesn't even have any cuts made into it. So that's 100% useless. The smallest drill bit and chamfer does not have enough stock exposed for the drill chuck to hold on to it. As soon as the chamfer hits the wood, it stopped spinning. The third is just a frivolous opinion, but who on Earth needs a drill bit and chamfer as big as the largest one pictured below?
