Organic Preserved Lemons by Les Moulins Mahjoub (7.05 ounce)

I’ve purchased this many times to make Moroccan tagine. Great flavor but distinct and not what I would have expected for lemon when I first tasted it. Almost like an olivey, tamarind-like lemon.

These are perfect for adding depth to so many recipes from Moroccan to Israeli to French.

These lemons came leaking all over the package that contained other items, with a broken seal and is not returnable. I do not recommend buying this item.

These taste great! Whenever I use them to make Chicken With Garlic Confit and Lemon (recipe from Bon Appetit Nov 2017) I always get rave compliments and requests for the recipe. I recommend without reservation. I've always purchased these on Amazon for $6.49 a jar.

Normally I make my own preserved lemons, but it takes a few weeks and I needed them immediately. I looked at local stores where I had seen them before and couldn’t find them, so I ordered this product because it looked pretty. I wasn’t disappointed! The lemons were just the right amount for my recipe and were very flavorful. Happy customer.

I used to be able to buy these at my grocery but have not been able to find them lately. I am addicted to these. Great flavor with just a touch of heat from the peppers. So glad they are available online.

Our jar arrived open and leaking in it's package. The lid top was not on tightly and did not "pop" when we opened it, as if the jar had been previously opened.
