I was skeptical about this product But I have been having severe leg cramps in the evening that left me hobbling around in the morning. I decided to try it and when I received it I sprayed a little bit on my leg but it instantly burned slightly and I wiped it off. The instructions did say that that might happen so I wasn’t overly concerned. This evening 11/7/20 at 3:00 am my right leg cramped up horrible and I was in horrific pain. I hobbled to the bathroom and I remembered about the burning sensation so I decided to take a wet paper towel and spray it on the wet paper towel and then rub it on my leg. I massaged it in and oh my god the pain went away. It’s been about an hour now and I’m relaxing in my bed and I actually feel better than I had before - my leg has a wonderful relaxed happy feeling - I know that sounds crazy but it’s true. I have been having such horrific Charlie horse pains, sometimes in my calf sometime starting at the bottom of my foot and working its way up. I will now have relief from this horrific pain. This product is a miracle product - I didn’t know I was low on magnesium but I took a chance because I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. I looked up Charlie horses on Google and low magnesium came up as a possible reason for them. I was worried about taking it orally - I was afraid that it might interfere with my other electrolytes or minerals. I’m very skeptical about taking oral supplements because they affect other parts of your body that I may not be aware of. I have to be careful because I am on chemotherapy, tamoxifen. I also have psoriasis which recently returned due to some severe stress that I’m under going. I wish this product would help with the psoriasis but I don’t think that’s going to happen. Anyway, I trulyhighly highly recommend this product and I would suggest that you try spraying it on a wet paper towel or gauze pad & applying it that way because that decreases the concentration of the product. Maybe later on when I get more used to it I can spray it on directly. One thing I did have trouble getting it to start spraying and I thought it was a defective spray device but after about a few minutes of constant spring action it finally started to come out. I gave it one star for flavor because to my understanding this is not a product that you eat or drink it’s a product that you spray on your body so I don’t know what flavor would have to do with it. I didn’t notice the scent I think it’s unscented, and that’s fine that’s what I prefer. I am a nurse & I thoroughly researched this product, and I am certain that this product will not have any ill affects because it’s something that sprayed on and even though it’s absorbed, it’s a product that your body needs and may not have enough of when you’re over 50. I did read that too much MG upsets your body balance so I would suggest that you didn’t overly spray a large part of your body, but that’s only my personal opinion I do not know what the manufacturer says on the subject. I am glad I tried this product, I have suffered for so long, I don’t know why I waited so long to research and find a cure for myself. I recommend this product highly and if you have Charlie horses at night you better order this product and you will be shocked by the wonderful results. I am amazed at these results- I can’t believe that it worked so quickly and effortlessly. I’m sitting here in amazement wondering why I waited so long to try it. I read the other wonderful reviews before I tried it, and I was hopeful but I didn’t really believe it. I am now a true believer, & if you suffer with muscle pain & cramps you will love this product.

I highly recommend this product! I was having some insomnia issues, I spray the bottom of my feet put on some socks and I'm able to sleep peacefully and throughout the night. I was having some pain issues I sprayed that shoulder and also play some in my belly button and I got better so much faster! I even went and told one of the doctors at the hospital about it, and now he's ordered a few bottles and it's telling our patients about it. This is the best product that I have used in a very long time for pain and insomnia I highly recommend! I would love to try more products in this line if they offer it. I would also be a product reviewer and be open to it! I can't say enough about this product!!!

This truly works and I cannot recommend it enough!! You can tell by the photo how much I’ve used already!! My whole life I get leg cramps in my sleep, and I’m a light sleeper. I don’t like taking too much medication so I tried this oil and from the first night I noticed a huge improvement! I am able to sleep for longer hours at a time if not most of the night, and I don’t get leg cramps. It also helps immensely with restless leg syndrome, and I wake up feeling like I actually got proper rest. I keep it by my nightstand and use it regularly.

I wish I had known about this product before now. It is magnificent for me. It gives me immediate relief for my knees. I have a full knee replacement scheduled soon. I am surprised it is so effective on my bone-on-bone knee! I walk every day, and it helps me get a few more steps! It doesn't leave any visible residue, but it may be slightly sticky. I put it on the bottom of my feet at night (wear socks), as it will stain, but it helps with my sleep, as suggested, and foot pain as well. I am going on an African Safari trip next month and this is going ot be great to help me navigate this experience.
