Delivery was prompt..Packaging was superb.Instillation was a cinch.I wish I smelled the nice Fragrance everybody writes about. That would just be a plus because I do see and feel a difference with my skin. It's allot smoother and less dry when I hop out. Most importantly, my skin has cleared up.I wish I had one for my sink faucet. I think the hard water out here in Cali is prematurely aging my hands by 54 years.Anyhoo.. I love this product and will continue to order refills, prolly for the rest of my life.(Yes, the plastic is a lil flimsy. However, it doesn't deter me from purchasing. I just proceed gently.)

Great Idea, and I can feel the difference in my skin. However, the ad said "...without affecting water pressure." I have to say, it did affect my water pressure, but I had very strong water pressure from the start, so my water pressure is okay to get the job done.

Went to the swimming pool store to test for chlorine. One sample of water before the filter and one after. VERY small difference. 0.6 vs 0.7. Vent to their website, found phone number, probably Korean. No one answered the phone. Returning.

I had bought this product based on many stellar reviews. One downside I noted consistently was that people were complaining the filter is on.y good for about a month and can get expensive to replace often. Another downside I noted was the long shipping times. Based on these negatives I ordered the filter with the five replacement cartridges so I would last longer before needing to re order. I was quoted a 2 month estimated shipping from Korea and was happily surprised it only took 4 weeks. The filter was extremely easy to install and comes with plumbers tape. I was up and running in 10 minutes. I have been using this filter for a little over a week and haven't been able to tell if it is working. Yeah, you can see the filter through the clear housing, but it's just full of water. Is the water supposed to move around in there? I suffer from rosacea, dandruff and tight/ itchy skin. These symptoms are exacerbated by showering. I only use water that is mildly warm, and scent free products. This filter has not provided any improvement on any level. I also can't smell the vitamin C like some people claim. I know I have hard water that is full of chlorine and sediment- I had a guy from the water company test it one day. I don't think this filter will cut it. It's not living up to the hype and it seems it would be a hassle to return to Korea, it would take forever for a refund I'm sure. Oh well, lesson learned.

the product is good but the filter doesn't even last a month

Shower water had a strong smell of chlorine.I could smell it on myself. After installing the Filter the chlorine smell is completely gone. My skin feels much better.Another unexpected bonus was this. - I used to have little dry patches of eczema, on legs and stomach, I just accepted those because I did not think anything could get rid of them. But after 1 week of installing this filter, the patches are improving fast, and are more than half gone. This was actually a very pleasant surprise.

I bought a new built house a few month ago and tried to install a water softener. But my friend suggested the vitamin shower head instead of expensive water softener. Installed vitamin shower head from the 1st night all my family are satisfied and keep loving for 6 months so far. Just imagine at least water from shower head is same as water from water softener. Shower filter needs to be replaced every month but can be happy with soft skin after shower.
