Yes, I've used it daily for the past ten months. I put it on for about ten to fifteen minutes. My internist, neurosurgeon and local chiropractor said it's fine to use. I had pain in my back, down my arms into my hand. Surgery was recommended, but I tried this first, and have been pain free since. Go in this summer for another MRI, and unless things have deteriorated, I should not have to face surgery.I highly recommend Dr. Bob's potable neck inflator to anyone. It has developed a slow leak in the pump (ball), but I just give it a few extra pumps when I feel it getting loose.

I' wear a size 16 neck size and the large fits perfect. I'd suggest the extra large.
