Dash Salt-Free Seasoning Blend, Onion & Herb, 2.5 Ounce

If you have a Cardiac patient residing in your house that you are trying to alter recipes for, you will appreciate Mrs. Dash and the numerous flavor choices she offers. I have made alterations to every one of my recipes for sodium, cholesterol, sugar and fat content for my spouse. Mrs. Dash is a huge part of my success.

I really enjoy seasoned salt the flavor is very strong and prominent perfect for cooking and seasoning all your food you can use it in just about anything. This is actually a pretty bomb seasoning. I like putting it on steak in like a pre marinade or I like putting it on chicken. With the seasoning though my most favorite thing is putting it on top of my cottage cheese or avocado..preferably both at the same time. The price is good and the seasoning lasts a good while.

Do not like the new product name. For years, it's been "Mrs." Dash. Why change an established product? Nogood reason!! 😡

The title says it all. I tried this as a salt replacement but found the flavor lacking. I ultimately compromised and now use Morton's light salt. This salt tastes exactly like the original with 50% less sodium.

This has a good flavour but was far smaller than I expected - you would probably use a third of it in a recipe so it woudn't last long.

Bought this as can no longer have salt due to having had a kidney removed. Waste of money, doesn’t in any way replace salt. Don’t waste your money.

I purchased this as I need to stop adding salt to my diet . I use this as a substitute and so far it is doing the job .

Not overly peppery and not overly lemony. Husband loves it
