Roboform should automatically save your login information for web sites you log into. Roboform needs to be running for this to happen. I have mine setup to show in the Notification Area on my tool bar in Windows.

I have Windows 8.1 right now and it works for unlocking my laptop when it is asleep and when it is starting up at the welcome screen.
