Wonderful product
My concrete porch is nearly 100 years old. Despite having been painted several times in the past, it was in pretty bad shape when I took possession of it. I spent a long time doing prep work before painting. I sanded the surface, scrubbed it with simple green and a broom, and then pressure washed it. I also vacuumed each section before painting it to ensure there was minimal dirt present. Despite all this prep, you can see from the image I've attached that the surface I was painting was far from perfect. I used no primer and two coats of paint and I think the results are amazing. Even after just a single coat the surface looked nearly perfect. The surface has seen several weeks of rain, sunshine, and foot/paw traffic and I see no areas yet where peeling, or any other issue, is a concern. The paint is thick and this makes it cover less area than a comparable amount of interior latex bases paint. The coverage area in the description seems accurate, but keep in mind you might need more of this than you think. Overall, I'm very pleased with how this paint looks and how well it adheres to my previously sad looking concrete.

As good an epoxy as you will find
I was in the middle of re-doing my deck when my local Ace ran out of this product and told me it was no longer available. Bollocks! Amazon had plenty of it. The product was well packaged and they even included stir sticks with it. Received it in two days and deck is looking lovely.

Worst garage floor paint ever!!!
This paint is advertised to perform well on a garage floor with resistance to oil, stains, and most importantly NOT TO ALLOW HOT TIRE PICKUP. This is absolutely not the case. In fact it started out with nothing but COLD tire pickup. I applied this paint PRECISELY as described, using a highly recommended cleaner and etching solution. I also put down two coats of bonding primer and let it dry for two full days (mid-80 degree days with low humidity). I then put THREE coats of this paint instead of the recommended two coats. The instructions said to let the paint cure for 5-7 days. I actually waited EIGHT days before I pulled my car into the garage. The car sat in the driveway all day so the tires were definitely cold. When I backed the car out of the garage the following morning, I noticed black tire tracks that I found could be washed away for the most part. HOWEVER, I also noticed that the paint had come up under all four tires, right down to the original concrete floor! The first two of the attached pictures clearly show the damage to the floor and the third picture is the spot where the rubber foot from my air compressor sat. The paint was removed from everywhere rubber sat in the garage - compressor, lawn mower wheels. step ladder rubber feet, etc. By the way, the tires were never turned in place (rotated while stationary).I have never written a negative review before, but I feel that this product warrants any complaints it gets. I followed the instructions to a tee, waited longer than necessary, and even sent an email to the manufacturer with no response. The paint was extremely thin (half way between water and regular wall paint) which I thought was very unusual, but all three gallons (two ordered initially and one ordered later for the third coat) were exactly the same. I guess I expected the consistency to be even thicker than normal wall paint.I spent the better part of two weeks prepping, preparing, and painting my garage floor. It looked great before the "rubber met the road". I am now concerned that any other paint I apply will just come off as well since this is now the new base. I am extremely disappointed and would definitely steer anyone I can away from this product.

Coverage per gallon might be a little underestimated
Product worked perfect and is performing well

Great Garage Floor Paint
So far this looks great. I hope it holds up under the tires. I tend not to think so ... but it certainly is a very inexpensive way to make your garage look far better.

Nice sealer and look.
This stuff is great. It made my ugly garage floor into a fine looking room - sorta speak. I mean, Nice Look. No more damp floor.
