Beats the socks off working with cable out of a box
High quality cable. This stuff is stout as it is made for pulling through walls - this isn't like flimsy patch cable. Build yourself a little 2 by 4 frame and stick a metal tube through the spool and it'll pull off smooth as silk. I ran six of these through a long run of 2" conduit with LBs and it made the turns - but not by much. Speed is fantastic for what I'm doing, but my switches do not take full advantage of the quoted capabilities of this cable so I was not able to see if it hit the speeds that the manufacturer suggests it's capable of - however, my longest home run was nearly 350 feet and I had no drop-off on that run compared to my shortest (230 feet) for what my setup is capable of.Pulling six of these cables was a beast. I had a three-man crew and it required every one of us. We taped the bundle with electrical tape every 10 feet and would have never gotten by without doing that. It was still a big pain to pull all cables but we got the worst of it done in two evenings in a church application that crossed three different buildings, including through walls, drop ceilings, in underground conduit with bends, between floors, and in attic spaces. Your mileage may vary.Know what you're getting when it comes to terminating this cable. It's a beast. Use high grade tools. You'll want to terminate these with punchdowns, not ends, because the cable is so stout it won't hardly bend inside a wall to reach the termination point. But the cable itself is super solid and the twisted pairs have the appearance and feel of very high grade material. Make sure you get the right termination hardware to maintain shielding all the way to the faceplate.

Flexible, great quality
I ran a 75 foot span to direct wire a PS5 for a better conection. In addition I have 20 poe+ cameras and access points. The cable has been preforming above expectations. In the past I have used Cat5e shielded for running all of my equipment but the cable was hard to run because of how stiff it was. This cable is much more flexible and is easy to work with.

Solid well shielded cable.
The cable is thicker than normal with plenty of shielding, this worked very well for my noisy environment. One thing to note is that you need to select a good RJ45 connector that can accommodate the thickness or account for the thickness for patch panels routing. Standard connectors can't handle the cable or are tough at best. Patch Panels will take a bit of extra care to route, punch down, and secure the cables. All of this is totally worth the final outcome.

Great cable, take care on what is used with it
I have not run a bunch, but I cut a 4-foot section to make a patch cable (granted this isn't patch cable thickness), to test my termination skills. I used the following:trueCABLE All-In-One Pass Through RJ45 Crimp Tool50 Pcs Cat6 Cat6A Cat7 Strain Relief Boot (7.5 MM)trueCABLE Cat6/6A RJ45 Pass Through Modular Plugs, Shielded (STP) External Ground Connector, UL Listed, EZ Crimp, Gold Plated 3 Prong 8P8C, 50 PiecesI took my time and was able to terminate both ends first try with no issues. One note about the boots I got. The outside jacket of this cable is 7.8 (+/- .01), the boot is tight, Also the length could be a bit longer with the type of termination ends I got. But it does work and looks good.Hope this helps, happy shopping!

They are brittle and break easily. But when twisted together
Don't do too much manipulation with the individual copper wires outside of standard termination. They are brittle and break easily. But when twisted together, each pair is quite strong. The outer jacket is also really hard and resists damage quite well. I terminated these into 24 Leviton Atlas-X1 jacks. I had no bad terminations and have had no issues for the whole year they've been installed.EDIT: Two years later: five star rating still stands; no issues.

Looking forward to 10GbE
I bought two of these 1000' spools to wire my home during a remodel. I'm very happy with the quality of wire. The outter most sheath is a rugged plastic. Inside that is a pull string and grounding wire, then foil wrapper, then plastic wrapper (consistency you would see on some greeting cards), then 4 twisted pairs around a twisted plastic spline. I've made several cat6 runs and patch cables in my life, but this is clearly heavy duty cable. I haven't gotten a chance to certify the speed but had no defects in either spool. You'll want to get the cat6a keystones and patch panel to go along with it.Make sure you note the cable thickness. If you're pulling many runs through studs or joists, you'll be making a lot of holes. You'll also need to account for more time terminating ends because of all the shielding. All that is worth it in the end. But since you're considering this, you already knew that.edit: 3 years in now and no issues. I only wish I had done more runs.

Great cable, delivers, in a large gauge quality!
This cable does exactly what it says it does. Make sure you purchase a crimper that is dedicated to terminating CAT6A (Platinum Tools 12515C Tele-Titan XG Modular....for example). This CAT6A cable has a thick gauge and will be larger than your traditional CAT6 cable (this is normal for good quality CAT6A), so be prepared to drill larger holes in your cable paths. Overall, this is great cable and I would recommend it to others, IF you must have CAT6A, as it does require a little extra handling for termination and getting it cabled through office walls/studs/etc - but it does deliver great signals!

The future is faster
Excellent cable. Used it for 14 Nellys 4K cameras and by the end of the install, I had approximately 50 feet of cable left. By the end of all of the cuts and inspections the wire was reliably made and did not come across and defects. Using another's reviewers recommendation I used the Platinum Tools 12515C Tele-Titan XG Modular Plug Crimp Tool with RJ45 Cat 6A Shielded Modular Plugs with Strain Relief Boots. Decided to do bench testing with what I had left with older Cat 5e and Cat 6 cables. 25 feet per each type of cable and I was able to get a truly reliable 18-30 MB increase using various speed tests via google. I honestly will not buy another Cat 6 cable again.
