LOVE this!
I have 2 issues with sleeping: (1) I always wake up with a "crick" in my neck and (2) I am a lady of a certain age who gets very, very hot (temperature wise!) at night at the moment. This BEAUTIFUL pillow has definitely solved both issues. We recently bought a wool mattress, which has helped enormously with the overheating, although not in the head region, hence the next step of buying a wool pillow. I bought the adjustable pillow, and thoroughly enjoyed unzipping it and plunging my hands into the beautiful sheep wool to "pouffe" it up before use - unlike other reviewers, I actually thought it smelled gorgeous! I didn't remove any wool, to keep it as full as possible. The pillow felt quite "squashy", but was actually very supportive. Problem (1) was solved! As for problem (2), the past few nights have been very hot and humid, but I didn't overheat or sweat nearly as much as I normally do. Problem (2) solved too! I would thoroughly recommend this pillow. I like it so much I'm about to order another 3 for my/my husband's double bed, and some for my daughters' beds too. It does seem to much nicer and healthier to sleep on/in/under natural fibres - we're definitely sold on the "wool" route …..

The perfect pillow
Thick high quality pillow outer, good amount of fleece for a starting point. I used as is for a couple of days then decided I would prefer it slightly plumper so ordered the extra fleece & it's perfect for me now. That's the whole point of a customisable pillow - that you can customise it! Great knowing that it's sustainable for the environment as well as long lasting. I can remove all the fleece & wash the outer regularly & replace fleece as needed. There is a slight sheep smell to it (which I personally don't mind) but no more than a natural fibre sweater.

Great for back sleepers
This is the one to go for if you mainly sleep on your back (and occasionally your side) and you find memory foam pillows too hard. There's enough wool inside to give it a good body and it holds it's shape well. Because the pillow comes with a zip, the seller recommends to open and fluff it with your fingers once a week to keep it loose and lofty because it will compact a little through use. The only downside there is to it is that is is not entirely British made, only the wool is from British sheep according to the seller whilst the case is made in Lithuania. Hard to make any sense of it.

Wool Room pillows
Wool pillows as described open zip and plump up the wool. The pillows come in a good quality bag to keep the wool in while cover is being washed. Perfect, I no longer have neck pain and don’t overheat. I haven’t noticed any smell. Initially I thought the pillows were expensive but considering I sleep much better I think they are good value. Fast delivery too. Would recommend

A bit flat compared to other wool bedding
I recently bought a wool duvet from the wool room via Amazon and it is one of the best things I’ve bought, so I decided I should complete the set and buy the pillow too.First impressions were good. It came in the same ecofriendly bag, and opening it up I was treated by the same sweet smell of sheep (which I like but I get it’s not for everyone!). The pillow looked full and fluffy and I couldn’t wait to go to bed to try it out.The first night was perfect, I slept so well and woke up refreshed and happy. The pillow had flattened but nothing that a fluff up wouldn’t fix, right?Hmmm no, not really. The second night, all the filling bunched up at the back and my head basically slid off the pillow! All the stuffing groups together and it requires constant readjusting. There just isn’t enough wool in it. I think it would have been better to raise the price but include the currently optional extra wool as there just isn’t enough there at the moment. The actual quality is lovely, the cover is made from very high quality cotton, and the full length zip makes access to the wool very easy. It’s just a shame that the stuffing lets it down (literally!).If you want wool, buy the duvet, it’s a sleep game changer! The pillow is really only good if you like to sleep with your head on the mattress

Wool Pillows
I can’t say enough good things about my Woolroom pillow.I brought 2 pillows, for my husband and I.My pillow is perfect as it has just enough wool so it’s soft and I can sleep in any position I like with it and it snuggles into my neck and supports my head.My husband likes a firmer pillow, which was not a problem as I just ordered extra bag of filling and put it inside the pillow, which was a very simple task and now his pillow is firmer and he is happy too. Great concept, practical, good value for money and I can’t even smell the wool. I’ve been enjoying a good nights sleep ever since I brought them.Get one you won’t be disappointed.Such a good use of a natural product that otherwise doesn’t get used enough.

Flat
I don’t know how anyone can describe this as supportive, it’s a limp, flat, extremely expensive excuse for a pillow. The cover is well made, the filling is lovely but there just isn’t enough of it and to buy enough to (maybe) make it adequate is another £17 - the manufacturers are onto a guaranteed winner with this! It’s described as fully adjustable, that’s flat to… what exactly? Remove any of the stuffing from this and you might as well sleep on the empty cover, it’s that bad. If you use another pillow underneath it just feels as though you’re sleeping on the bottom pillow, I bought this for the alleged comfort but I’d need two to get any support at all, that’s how thin this thing is.I spent ages plumping it up before use too.A complete waste of £55, their customer service is atrocious too.
