Stings
Just starting using this so I can’t really give a review. But I do know it does sting and burn when you put it in.

great stuff. i get small tears on my corneas. my eye dr. said to use this. does burn a little bite. if a person doesn't wipe the run off there is a streak of white stuff. as often as i use this stuff i wish it was bigger in size. easy to do the drops .

Burns like all get out but works as advertised? Maybe? Idk. My eye surgeon suggested this product for dry eyes but later on i found out my issue was actually a complication from the surgery
