Missing parts for months
These faucets are spendy and a pain to install. They are the only ones we could find to fit the trough sink we purchased, however. On first arrival, the sink was missing several parts. We spoke with a kind representative who assured us she was sending the missing parts that matched the part numbers my husband had given. After months of waiting for the parts, we received the wrong pieces. We still do not have the obvious missing piece, and contact with e-faucets is quite challenging. Beware before you purchase. Quality control in shipping is extremely lacking.

Will not mount securely to sink!
Unlike most hardware, there were no flange nuts to secure this faucet into the Kohler Farmhouse sink. It has to be secured to the wall and outlet pipes inside the wall. Get ready for some BIG HOLES in your plaster to make this work Note to Kohler... you could still get this great look with right-angle connections at the rear and a supplied brass flange nut to secure the faucets to the sink!! Is this the best your engineers could come up with? :-(
