I was worried about the sturdiness of this with it being 2 pieces joined in the middle. It is very sturdy and holds up to my 50lb 2 year old very well! It is very fast so be prepared to catch them on the first few slides.

A lot of the other review mention the holes for assembly not being drilled correctly, so I want to address that first. And yes, 3 minutes into the assembly process I was cursing the idiots who couldn't be bothered to set up a jig to accurately drill holes. But. As I put more and more screws into the slide and backing plates, I noticed that more and more holes started to line up. Eventually I was left with the two outermost holes in which I was unable to slide the screws in, and I happened to notice that the plastic "lip" wasn't perfectly aligned too. So, instead of getting out my drill I instead shoved a punch (a phillips screwdriver would work too) into the holes to help align them, then put the threads from the bolt in the hole and turned them until they pulled themselves through. So before you start drilling, try this because the issue isn't that the holes are drilled wrong, the problem is the plastic is slightly warped and using the original holes will help pull the plastic back into place.I can't really fault the manufacturer for this, I work in plastics and this isn't uncommon for a large molding like this. The only reason I deducted one star is that I don't believe the 250 lb weight limit. The slide bends considerably when my 200lbs goes down it, enough so that I only did it twice to ensure safety before letting my kids go down. Other than that, this is a GREAT slide that I hope lasts for years.

It’s a wide slide which replaced our very skinny 10’. It is a little shorter (4”) than what we had, just added a 4x4 to the deck and everything is fine.Yes the holes are a pain. It’s mass produced molded plastic that gets close. Just get your drill and rout the holes a little. It’s literally an extra 5 minutes out of your life and makes the build extremely easy.Many have stated the deck lip is off, just use wide head pan head lags and you will be fine. The lip will mold over time. If you want it exact, by the slide and build the whole structure around it. Pointless, but it may make sense to someone.Overall very happy. I am using it as a water slide from the play house deck to the pool. I dropped pipe and a nozzle from the top of the play set directly onto the slide. I drilled a 3/8" hole in the slide and flush mounted some funny pipe and secured to the deck.

I am heavier than 250 lbs and this slide was able to support my weight. The kids absolutely love it. It's a 5' height so if you're attaching it to a standalone deck be careful not to tip it at that height.

Great slide for the price. The slide does not come with screw to attach the swing set. This was an unexpected trip to the hardware store. Also you have to buy posts to anchor the bottom to the ground as well. The holes didnt line up well to bolt together but it worked out. Over all good product but wish i would have known and saved a trip to the hardware store.

This was a great purchase. We built my kids a treehouse an this was the finishing touch. They love the slide. It comes in 2 parts so their is some assembly but it’s well worth it! It seems very sturdy. The weight limit says 200 but I wouldn’t use if you are over 150. The item came on time. Buy it you won’t be disappointed!

First off it looks like the slide was used before and returned. One of the holes for the bolts were cracked and one of the edges looked like someone tried sanding it, which it needed for fitment. I bought this as a gift for my children and expected for it to go together easily. The bottom part of the slide looked like it was from a different slide, the holes didn't match up and the plastic was lumped up on one side that kept the 2 sections from joining. In order to connect the upper and lower sections I had to sand a large portion of the plastic down, clamp the edges and drill my own holes and it still didn't line up properly so I had to redo it. It's not perfect but it works for now. Its was 10 pm before I finished and my kids were already in bed soo disappointed and the price on this thing had went down in price twice since I bought it from 200 to 160. Don't waste your money.
