Skin-TacTorbot H Adhesive Barrier Wipes 50 Count (2 Pack)

Anyone who uses a CGM will sooner or later order this product. I have used other products that is advertised to keep your sensor securely fastened but find out fails to do so.

This stuff works great. I use it on both my husband's CGM & his insulin pod. Haven't had any come off since I started using it.

I used this product when I was a paramedic, and it never failed me. Now I started using it on my constant glucose monitor when I had problems with the adhesive working for the full 10 days. The CGM would come loose and not be usable. I remembered Skin Tac. I put it on the area and let it dry before I put my CGM in/on and it is perfect. I haven't had one come off. You may need the sister product "Tac Away" to remove the item without irritating your skin.

If you buy the Skin Tac liquid, applying it is just asking for trouble. I like the wipes. They go hand in hand with my Fixit patches. Sticks well. To remove I decided to mix baby oil with the expensive Goo Gone medical adhesive remover. I mixed it in a mist bottle. 1/3 Goo Gone and 2/3 baby oil. Works great and stretches your dollar.

This is so sticky that I have trouble removing the pods when they expire. Sometimes it feels like it is pulling my skin off. In all seriousness, this works great.

I use this every time I replace my libre sensor. It helps keep it on the full 14 days as well as the cover I use. I've had no issues with breaking out while I use this. It's pretty easy to come off if you need it too. It does make your hands sticky when applying but nothing soap and water can't take off

I wear multiple devices that require an adhesive to keep them in place. Skin Tac has been my go to for that job. After wiping it around the are intended for use, just give it a few seconds before applying the device that you're using. After I remove my device, there's no skin breakdown noted. I just put lotion on the used area to help kick start the skin repair process. I would highly recommend this product for active people who sweat or children who bump into a lot of things.
