The OCV 6 comprises a 150 mm (6") mid bass driver with a coaxially mounted 20 mm (0.79") high frequency section mounted in a cylindrical ABS enclosure with mild steel powder coated grille. The mineral loaded polypropylene cone material and nitrile rubber surround enhance durability and long-term reliability. The OCV 6 is weather resistant to IP64 rating. The unique cylindrical form-factor has been conceived to meet the exacting demands of the architectural sector, minimising the impact on aesthetics and allowing the systems designer to locate the loudspeakers discreetly at a desired height without regard to the physical ceiling height, and in a manner that will not conflict with other suspended systems such as lighting fixtures and ventilation.
