Nice fan
Much more air movement than the smaller fan that it replaced. Centered on a large outdoor porch it moves a lot of air. I would have liked it a lot better if Amazon had dropped the price a day earlier. Dropped it almost $100 two days after I ordered it.

Great customer service!
The fan was installed long after the return period because it took a long time to complete a remodel. The fan did not work and after some evaluation it was determined to have a bad motor. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a new motor. Everything works perfectly and although it would have been great to work out of the box, the manufacturer stood behind their product. Great service!

No air!!
Beautiful ceiling fan, and such a shame no air flow. It’s on full speed and nothing. It just doesn’t have the intensity we expected for the price paid. If it wasn’t already installed, I would definitely return and get my money back. Not worth it! We have a huge nice ceiling fan that generates no air flow. Very very disappointed!

How good is the Big Air 96"
Big Air 96" Industrial Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fan was installed couple of months ago. Its installed on my back porch located here in central Ga. where it gets crazy hot and humid. Being outside I think any fan will lose some effect that's why I wanted something big. To tell the truth I was initially a little disappointed in the airflow/velocity when it was first installed. It's definitely not like having a high speed shop fan blowing on you. But it does move more air over a lot bigger area then the previously installed Hunter 54 inch ceiling fan. I used a regular old black pipe from Lowes for a down rod to get the fan down to a 8 ft height on a 13 ft ceiling. It does run super quiet and so far don't have any issues. Minor complaints: little pricey and wish it blew a little higher velocity airflow.

Good bang for the buck
My fan is used on outdoor porch. It has only been installed for a month but so far I love it. It is quiet and seems to be balanced well with no wobble

Good value for fans this size
The media could not be loaded. Installed 2 in outdoor kitchen. Good air movement!

Not much air movement
Very little air movement. At full speed it is very weak. It looks nice and is quiet but not very functional.
