how thick are the loop cords? will they fit compact camera eyelets?

The cords are thick. If the eyelets are the ones that are circular and small, I don't think they fit. If they are like mine, see video, you should have no problem.

I’m not sure, but I thought I’d ad they are rated to 200lbs and they work great. I use them on Nikon 400mm f2.8 VRII with strap, combined with D4s and monopod I’m sometimes slinging 18lbs over my shoulder. So I have complete trust in these and I highly recommend them. There is no better option and being able to use them with any strap is really nice. Also customer service is fantastic!

If i have a half inch leather strap will these fit okay?

I don't see why they would not fit. The loops are big enough to accept a 1/2" strap.

Is it possible to ship to New Zealand?
