great quality
I have been using various grades of Mobil 1 for years. I have never had a major engine problem with it. This meets the specifications for my diesel Terrain. I have used it exclusively in it. It is hard to find locally, but to purchase here on Amazon and have it delivered to my home is a great way to go.

Good for a GM diesel
One of a few motor oils that meet GM specs for a Duramax diesel. It has DEXOS2. This oil is hard to find in retail stores. It also takes a while for Amazon to deliver, but it's worth it. The price compares with AC DELCO.

Not Dexos 2 certified- false information
For what it’s worth the photo and what you get are not the same. This oil has either changed formulation or just not certified to be dexos 2. I need dexos 2 for my 2020 Chevy diesel. I still used it because it says in my addendum I could use it anyway but next time I will just get the Penzoil euro l dexos 2 from Walmart!

OCONUS packaging
Not sure why the labels and carton would make no mention of DEXOS II. I can buy this down the street and the lables arent the same.

Discrepancy in labeling
The picture shows the oil bearing the Dexos 2 logo, (to suit GM specifications). The actual product did not have the logo. Checking the part number shows Dexos 2 compliance, so it seems ok to use. Do your own due diligence..
