Game-Changer for My Leg Length Drama!
One of my legs is a bit shorter than the other—scoliosis or just one short leg, who knows? Like what came first, the chicken or the egg! But these insoles help balance it out perfectly, and no one knows. Comfy all day, no bulk, just smooth support.

Very useful and heel support
I like the support it gives to my heels and its ease of use. Good value for money. It also adds an extra inch to your height with its thickness. :P

Shoe lift
These will do the job if you have a shorter leg on one side. I purchased these my leg was shorter and it will take some getting used to, as I had walked without it for along time. But they do work

Not what I expected
Although this product appears to be well made it is not quite what I expected from the Amazon advertisement. It is too narrow (the ad said it was wide) and I constantly have the sensation that I am going to "roll" my ankle as my foot attempts to slide off to the side. It should be made wider and taper up to a shoulder on the edges, so as to keep the foot centered

Stick really well to shoes
I have a leg length discrepancy and have worn a lift in one shoe for 20 years. They are definitely a little squishier than the rubber inserts I'm used to but they are comfortable. I've tried everything to attach the rubber ones to open backed shoes -- double sided tape, 3m strips, etc, and had mixed results. I was very skeptical of the stickiness of these but I wore them in sandals to Disney World (20K steps a day) and they stayed put. I was shocked. I haven't tried them in flip flops and I'm not sure I would trust them in something like that but a regular strappy sandal was fine.
