Yes, he does. Just push his right arm up above chest height, then press the silver and purple button on his back just above the jetpack exhausts.

The buzz i have received does not have "bonnie" on it as in the picture. is it still a toy story 4 version or older?

I believe it's a toy story 4 version because it interacts with the other toys and as far as I'm aware only the toy story 4 toys do this
