Brilliant
My husband was thrilled with it, it was just the right length, easy to use, and stuck fast. The summer house looks great.

Does not stay stuck down over time(it lasted 3 months on my roof)
Seemed to work well and was very happy to start with. Applied on a warm summers day and stuck down really well to start with. However 3 months later water started to penetrate and is now pouring in! Got up on the roof to inspect and is no longer stuck down and will not stick down! I now have a nightmare as it's built into a shingle roof.
