Opened it today to find we have bits missing that connect to the pool itself so at the moment not a happy person

It turns up in the UK with a EU 2 pun plug on it
I had to wait along time for the delivery of the Pump.When it got here I couldnt use it as it had a EU two pin plug on it.Why dont they sent it with a suitable adaptor????

Working so far
Took ages to be delivered and went past delivery date. Also is leaking at the top where the dial is. Amazon have been good and given up a part refund but we are yet to hear back from Intex to try and get it fixed. This was a replacement for one that we bought last year. We had only used that one for two months then went to use it again this year and it wouldnt even turn on. Cant get any response from Intex so had to buy this one. Really hoping the lack of responses is due to covid and we can get some assistance once people are back to work
