Not gross at all!, My picky kid loves them and has Iron in it
I have the pickiest 3 year old. It is like pulling teeth to get her to eat anything other than mac and cheese. She barely even likes gummies and hates Flint stone vitamins. These don't have a taste to them other than chocolate. She reminds me every morning that she needs to take them. I also see a difference in her mood and her color when she is taking them, Clearly , not eating fruits or veggies is not ideal and I could tell her was deficient by her skin tone and overall demeanor . She needed something with IRON in it but without that metallic taste that IRON vitamins always have. I tried some other Iron Gummies from a store by my house and it was a no go, and they got returned the same day. Very happy with this product, the quality, the taste( just like chocolate!), will continue to purchase until my kid decides to actually eat something good for her for a change !!

Good for picky chocolate lovers.
Oh my goodness this is a great find, we have a very picky eater in our house and nutrition is a worry being that most veggies and fruits are a constant struggle to get eaten, this kid will not touch gummy candies, so the typical gummy vitamins were a no go, but he loves chocolate and this worked out, he doesn't seem to notice it is anything but a chocolate candy. I know a healthy diet is first and we are constantly working on that, but it's nice to know this is a help with proper nutrition until a broader enjoyment for food hopefully develops.

where were these vitamins when I was looking a year ago?
my 2 year old refuses to take the chewable or the gummy vitamins and he is too young to swallow a pill. I was so happy to find these chocolate vitamins. He has no issues taking these. My only issue is that they only come in a one month supply and with the shipping costs, they are not cheap. But, my son really likes them--- so I will be purchasing them again

Kids Vitamins
Bought these for my great niece who always seemed to be getting sick with something. I'm not sure how they worked out as her mother was not a proponent of vitamins. She seemed to think that they always gave my great niece a fever. I believe they must have tasted pretty good as my great niece is a chocoholic and after eating her first one, she did ask for another. Unfortunately that is all the feedback I have.

Good idea, if only the taste was better
Wish I could get a little more iron into the kids, but unfortunately these weren't the answer for us. The taste is too strong for them. They will eat gummy vitamins, and even the orange flavored water additive called EmergenC. Note they are choosy when it comes to chocolate, so maybe it was the chocolate that turned them off more than any flavor of iron. I've kept the box and will try again in 6 months or so - its possible that as their taste buds develop, these will go down just fine.

Good vitamin option for picky kids who need a little extra boost
My 7 year old daughter is a little iron deficient and her doctor wants her to take a vitamin with iron in it, but she won't take regular flintstone type vitamins because she doesn't like the taste. Gummy vitamins don't contain iron generally so I've been trying to find a good solution. She will take these, but only 1 at a time (dosage for her should be 3 or 4, but she can't eat that many). She likes them well enough. She's a super taster and I didn't have high hopes for these after reading the reviews and knowing that she doesn't like anything remotely medicinal tasting. But she actually likes these. Even though she's only getting a tiny amount of iron in one bear, I figure it's better than nothing. I also like that the ingredients are simple and there are no food dyes like the Flintstone vitamins.

He is a super picky eater and will starve himself if I don't ...
My son has PDD/NOS - Autism Spectrum disorder. He is a super picky eater and will starve himself if I don't give him something he likes from a very limited menu...he doesn't even like any kind of candy, unless it is chocolate. For years he would not eat Flinstones and I had to keep giving him liquid baby vitamins that he didn't like, but he would take w/ much persistence from me since it was something he did not have to chew and could just swallow. He loves these things! About a couple of yrs ago (he's 9 now), when we'd run out of the chocolate vitamins, he started taking the Flinstones even though he did not like them, because he was sick of taking liquid baby vitamins LOL. Even though he would take the Flinstones, he begged me for these. I wish I could find these in stores, but I'm so glad that Amazon has them available. Until my boy starts eating his veggies (literally, takes 20- 30mins for him to chew a microscopic piece of broccoli/cauliflower) then he will get these along w/ juiced vegetables, everyday!
