It's what I wanted....

This item will replace your outdated and cumbersome fishing planer boards. The genius behind these is the simplicity of design thereby eliminating all the problems with traditional trolling planer boards. After the hookup the device slides down to the swivel and you fight the fish not the board.

I had to modify mine in 2 areas. It takes some practice.

I love how u can fine tune the lateral positioning of these planers!! Plus, no messing w the planer when it’s time to real in the catch!! The rubber slip is still a work in progress….Ive found an inner tube to be the best option so far! Just need way to secure it without it getting lost ever few catches!!

I just got these and as soon as I took the planer board out of the wrapping I realized I wasn’t going to be happy with the slit with the rubber insert part that holds the line.I riveted a Scotty Mini Release Clip to the ridge and I believe this will work better.I’ll have to write another review after actually using them out on the water.

The line release needs improvement but it works

Great for trolling multiple lines without tangling. Need to use a mini release instead of the rubber band to hold the line. I simply fasten a Scotty's mini release on with two small zip ties and it works way better.

I watched several videos on this product. It did not perform anywhere close as shown in videos. Cheaply made line holder did not work and did not plane left or right no matter which way I turned the white fin.
