Excelente product.

Previous orders were fine, this order, all capsules are stuck together. I'm able to separate them and hoping the quality is ok. Just rec'd Carbolin 19 from same company and also all stuck together. Both had the freshness packets inside.

Before the moronic reviews start coming in this is an add-on to a healthy regiment not some sort of miracle supplement that is supposed to 'work."Do your research. If you don't want to add something potentially healthy to your supplements then don't get it. Morons keep shoveling down daily vitamins that are useless. But hey what do I know.

softgels are stuck together in the bottle. Cannot take out softgels.

I’ve used this to help lose some excess fat in the midsection…..it has made a difference.But be realistic in expectations .

I started taking this supplement the second week of a seven week mesocycle. My routine was established, my diet was tightly controlled and unchanging, and my supplement intake was standardized. Three weeks later I've noted no changes, I mean this isn't my first mesocycle and I understand the normal process, but I don't believe this supplement has contributed a thing to my progress.
