This is an easy product to use. Be careful to orde the correct size for your body shape. I did not and it could not full do as advertised. Now I know and advise others. check your body size so it can do what it was made for. The price and product quality are good.

Initially I purchased to help support my posture while weightlifting daily in the gym.Arrived on time and packaged well.Support if worn correctly rubs under the armpit and rises on the back until it presses against the back of the neck.I used it with and without torso clothes, either way irritates affected areas as outlined above.If worn loosely, no irritation, yet below minimal support, like wearing a T-shirt.I purchased two, each of different size, both had the same effect.

I am not impressed with this product. It doesn't help when it is not real tight. When it is tight to help with the posture, it cuts the under arm even to a degree to restrict blood flow and cause slight numbing. Just bad design. I would not buy it again.

Does what it suggests… I wear it over a Tshirt for more comfortable fit. I just wish it didn’t ride up on my neck.Tried it several tensions and snug is best…Wear it for four hours a day, two hours in the morning while exercising and then two hours in the evening going out for dinner.I’ve had it for 1 month and feel it improves my posture

Not meant for someone who lives alone. Very difficult to get on and to adjust the straps by yourself. Otherwise it does what it says.

I like this one better than the more complex model that incorporates a waist belt and a lot of recalcitrant straps to control - every time you put it on! This model adjusts down to a simple and easily managed figure "8": once it's adjusted to your satisfaction, leave it all connected, put it on by slipping both arms through it in front of you and slip it over your head and onto your back. To take it off, just drop it off both arms behind you.

Delivered on time packaging was great and it is a nice looking brace. Unfortunately, the S/M size is just too big for my frame. I’m a female that is 5’3” and 119 pounds. I ended up returning the product.
