Card having issues recognizing canon cameras? i have canon eos-r and 1dx mark 2 and it sees them only as 720i hdmi input and not at 1080p.

The DeckLink card can only "see" what the camera is outputting over HDMI, so if getting SD video at capture card, that is what the camera is putting out. Need to check menu settings inside camera. Also, there is no 720i, you must mean 480i which is 720x480?
