Very good vanity mirror. It is double sided. Does have a magnifying side and a regular magnifying. Happy with the purchase, reasonably priced for this mirror. Simple design and functions well.

The double mirror is great--normal on one side and 10X on the other. I can use one side for makeup and the other side to check the back of my hair. It has a sturdy, flexible plastic cover, but I have put it inside another soft zippered case for packing, although it probably doesn't need both. It is not tall, and I have a taller mirror I use at home. When traveling I try to find something to set it on or sometimes just hold it to see. I'm very pleased with it.

Our old magnifying mirror in the bathroom broke after many years of service. One of the studs holding it in its frame broke off.So we started looking for a replacement. It had to like this one and have a frame, because of space considerations. There aren't many choices.The normal surface mirror is more than adequate, in terms of optical quality, for everyday use. The magnifying side at 10x has considerable distortion at any distance of more than a few inches, which is to be expected.The mirror fits into the frame with two small studs and seems to hold quite securely.The big problem with this item? On the magnifying side, there are two good-sized labels on the mirror, which seem to have permanent adhesive. Whoever allows products to go out the door with these labels is not a critical thinker. Fortunately, we have some label remover somewhere in the kitchen cabinet. Assuming it hasn't evaporated or something, it should make quick work of these labels.Aside from the labels, it's an okay product at an acceptable price.Jerry

This mirror really is perfect and easy to use... however, my last mirror was lighted and when ordering this I completely forgot how useful the light could be. That being said, I was going to buy a lighted mirror after purchasing this one, and honestly could not find something simple without extra panels and bells and whistles that I did not need. No big deal, I just turn the lights on in the bathroom or use the natural light in the room when using this mirror. Works perfectly fine without a light.

Great mirror, great price. The magnification is excellent, you just have to get close. You can see flaws and imperfections in your skin that you would not be able to see otherwise. Lightweight and portable. I love it!

I use this mirror everyday. It's very useful for me. Sometimes it tips over and I think it's because it's light. Overall I'm happy with it.

You can’t see on the close up side very well at all!

I was excited to receive this mirror as it was the perfect size for at home and travel. But beware, the base is too thin for how heavy the bulk of the mirror is. It's too skinny to support the mirror, so when you try to angle it certain directions, it just falls down. There is a hole in the base, which I'm assuming is there so you can mount it down, but that would defeat my intent of being able to have the mirror anywhere. Other than that the mirrors are good quality and magnification is good.
