Very nice hardened leather holster. My S&W model 60 has a nice tight fit. Definitely recommend for a 2" snubby.

flush fit.. gen leather - looks classy.. but most important: the quck draw works from the front pocket - firearm comes out, holster stays in.. the quicker the draw the better.. also, does not print - looks like ur carrying a big wallet.. excellent purchase

Great for J Frame.
This holster is very well made and holds my j-frame perfectly. Yes the hammer is exposed but it grips the cylinder so well it is not going to rotate. Its held up well

Perfect fit for the Smith and Wesson 442
What an excellent carry system for the J frame! One of my most comfortable carry rigs, I find this is on me at all times. I'm of the thought that a small revolver looks it's best in a set of wood stocks and a leather holster, it looks great. A Smith 442 with Altamont stocks and this holster dissappears in the right front pocket of my Ariat Rebar M5 jeans.

Holster is made well, DOES NOT draw reliably.
The build quality on the holster is good. I wear good quality Cinch jeans or jeans of similar design with deep pockets and thick denim. MOST of the time (i would estimate %65+) the holster comes out with gun when drawing on a shot timer to simulate atleast some sort of stress. If your looking at this holster to carry your primary defensive gun, statistically speaking, you will probably die if you need to get to your gun NOW to survive. Its definitely comfortable, but i would not call it a reliable holster to depend on. It does make a decent holster for a backup gun carried with the intention to arm others.

Great holster!
I’d been needing a good pocket holster for my J-Frame revolver. I decided to give this one a try because it is leather and the reviews said it was well made. It is definitely well made and fits my revolver perfectly. It is exactly what I wanted and use it almost daily. Definitely recommended

Well-Made Pocket Holster -- Fit a Vintage S&W mod. 36 Perfectly
This is a nicely made leather holster. The stitching is neat, and the edges of the leather have been waxed. The leather is fairly stiff, so should hold its shape for many years.The leather inside the holster is still a bit rough, and it is a bit difficult to draw the pistol out of the holster. However, treating the inside of the holster with a couple of light coats of Armor-all original protectant fixed that problem (jut let the Armor-all dry before holstering the revolver).I bought this holster for my Smith & Wesson model 36, and it fit in the holster perfectly.
