Ok
This product I was a little skeptical only because the durability is not that great. The polls need to be a little bit more sturdier. Weight wise, it was easy to use, but it just needs to be a little more sturdier but other than that it was fine. We used it during my sons birthday party.

DO NOT !!!
OK, despite a bunch of other bad reviews of this product, I still took a chance on this product.... BIG mistake! If you are looking for this type of sporting equipment, choose something different. As others have said, directions are horrible. I was still able to get it assembled properly after looking at them over and over and making some guesses. As soon as I got the second pole up and applied what I would consider light tension, one of the 2 piece plastic clips broke. No extra hooks with the set, I had to get creative and swap out the top and bottom hooks to continue. Once the set was up, good tension on the poles, the net boggled my mind how it could have such a droop. There were no instructions indicating such, but I realized the net had a tensioning string on each side to bring the top of the net up. As soon as I pulled on the string on the first side, the string immediately ripped through the yellow plastic. Despite all of this, I was able to continue, get it tensioned properly and able to withstand some play, even withstood a good steady wind. Grand total set up time was over half an hour due to the poor instructions. I am tempted to return the item, but I now have it in a usable state and don't want to go through the hassle of sending it back. I am going to try to see if I can find a bunch of extra plastic clips somewhere online, as it is obvious they are going to break under tension. Did I forget to mention that the white string frays very easily when putting them in and out of the clips? Did I mention that if one of the small bungee cords pops out of the pole, they are extremely difficult to get back in? Did I mention if they do pop out they will go flying so far you might not find them? I also thought there was not a needle, but realized it is in the top of the pump handle. Needle is cheap plastic, as is the pump. Use extreme caution when inflating the ball (or use your own pump if you have one). Now for the positive, I like the concept of what it was supposed to represent, along with the carry bag (it does fit in the bag and zips back up). Oh, did I mention I only set it up and used it once before taking it back down? Enough said, I just really expected much better.

Received a used, broken set
I received a used set that had very obviously been returned by a previous buyer. The set was dirty, there were dried dirt plugs in the hollow stakes, and one piece was broken. I was able to make it work by using packing tape on the broken piece. I forgot to take pictures of the dried dirt before emptying out the box but the deflated volleyball shows how dirty everything was inside. We will be keeping the set, but keep in mind that returns are not always checked before sending back out.

Awesome family fun!
For the price, this set is well worth the purchase! Wasn't sure how much we would use it, so didn't want to spend a lot of money.I did not realize that it took more than one person to set up, and the instructions were confusing to me. But, once my grandsons got here, we figured it out in no time and it has endured very well since (in spite of being knocked down more than a few times during viciously competitive games). We have had such fun with this! My grandchildren (13yr m & 16yr f), my daughter and I play badminton almost everyday; and we play badminton or volleyball whenever we have a larger family gathering. This is a great bargain; I highly recommend it.Note: this comes with 2 birdies; you will want extras... a few always end up over the fence in our neighbor's yard and/or high up in the tree!

Missing an important piece 😟
Update! I emailed customer service and they replaced it! They are very fast with their response (same day) and solution. They sent me 2 replacement pieces! The pieces arrived within a few days!I ordered this a month ago and it has been either too cold or raining everyday to be able to set it up. I just got it out today to set it up and it's missing a piece! It is supposed to come with 2 of everything for the poles and one of the little pieces that holds 2 of the larger pole pieces together. I'll be calling customer service to see if they will send a replacement part.As for the rest of it.. it all seems pretty good quality and sturdy. The ball, however, is pretty cheap but for the price of this set I wouldn't except an actual volleyball. This one actually works better for kids because it doesn't hurt your arms/wrist as much because it is much softer.

Does not adjust from 5'1" to 8'
All plastic. Not a steel pole and not adjustable. The pole connector broke during assembly. Had to duct tape it together. And stands much less than the 5'1" it claims. One of the cheap plastic shuttlecocks broke the first day as well. Vinal volleyball was kiddy sized. I was going to return it as the whole thing is pretty crappy, but my adult children and my neighbors have used it a bunch of times and still had fun. It has now been up in my yard from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and with a second round of duct tape and new birdies, it is still holding up. Glad I kept it, but buyer be aware it is not a quality item....
