I ordered SONIC Ocean Water flavor ... I love it! I genuinely look forward to drinking this and it tastes just like an actual ocean water drink from Sonic. I'm convinced it works as well - I had gone on an 8-mile, 4,000-foot elevation gain hike one day and I was still VERY sore days later. A friend recommended BCAA so I ordered this. The next day I felt fine - zero pain. I drink this daily now and I'm never going back. Will order more flavors!

Someone told me this flavor was really good. I personally didn’t care for the flavor. The lemon/ lime flavor was overpowering more than anything. And it was too sour or tart to drink my whole serving
