This is a great product if you usually find yourself feeling groggy after taking melatonin. It allows me to add a 3mg Melatonin tablet and still not feel groggy in the morning. First order was wonderful. Second order felt old and very brittle when I pulled one out.

I can't honestly say if this product works or not. I have tried other melatonin strips with great success. This however..I couldn't get past the taste. Remember the smell of the medicine smelling lysol cleaner ? Imagine that in a dissolvable strip with a slight sweetness. I would not ask anyone to try this.

These strips that help with sleep work really well we both take them . There’s no side effects and we wake refreshed ready for the day . The company is amazing too . We had an issue with our shipment and they responded within minutes and took care of the issue . We will order again .

I've been using the Sweet Dream sleep strips for about six months and they are great. The taste is different, but I rather like it. It's the best natural product I've used. It's not going to be helpful in extreme situations, but together with good bedtime habits, it's very effective.

These sleep strips work very well for me and my partner without making us feel groggy the next morning! I always wake up feeling like I had a really deep and restful sleep, which is not otherwise the case. Sure, they don't taste great, but the taste far from bad enough to keep us from using them almost nightly. Aside from their efficacy, these strips also gives us extremely vivid dreams!

Still woke up with the sleep medication hang over. Tried 1/2 strip on nite 2. Only slept 1/2 the nite & had 1/2 the hang over

These work in the way that they are made but, I really don’t like having to slide strips into my mouth that taste like toothpaste every night before I go to bed. Drinking water just makes it worse as it would with any other minty product. I don’t suggest buying it when you can just get ‘Berry Flavor Melatonin Gummies’ from a different company. Worth a shot though. What I do like is how they are strips. Very cool :)
