MP Essentials Quick Effective Repair, Protect & Restore Car Underbody Chassis Paint (Black)

I purchased this paint, as I am tidying up the underside of my car and there was quite a bit of surface rust on the suspension arms.The paint is easy to work with and goes on very smoothly. It dries to give a tough looking,even finish with brush.The finish is very glossy, but can be toned down by spraying over lightly with a clear anti corrosion wax, I am using Dynax UC to give added protection to the paint surface.Very happy with the product and it looks like it will last. As with everything prep is key, if you paint a loose, flaky, dirty surface, no paint is going to do well.

Used this to coat the chassis of a pickup truck and this little tin went a very long way.The paint seems super hard once dry as well. A very good underbody protectant paint, I covered the paint over with an underbody wax for extra protection.

Surprising coverage for the size of tin, paints on well, leaves a nice glossy finish.

Paint finish adequately covered old rust and gave a new satin look to my rear axle.

Dried quick was good quality value for money

I wire brushed suspension parts etc. for painting with this stuff. Two coats, allowed drying in-between. About a month later signs of brown coming through. So sprayed over with under seal.In the future, I think I'll just buy cheap bitumen based paint and slap that on instead.

Seems to help my underbody jeeps corrosion problem , rubbed down old paint / rust with a wire brush , stirred paint and applied with a brush to main chassis and axle , springs , goes on well not the biggest tin but just enough to give the most vulnerable parts a one coat cover . Would recommend .

This is great for painting subframes and suspension parts easy to apply, covers well and looks good I would recommend 2 coats for best results and ensure there is no loose rust or grease
