I feed my conure a combination of this food and the Kaytee Exact Rainbow Premium Daily Nutrition for Parrots/Conures pellet food (which is also sold on Amazon). My conure absolutely loves this food and chirps excitedly whenever I add it. He immediately goes for the sunflower seeds first. Honestly the best part is the price, I own two green cheeks and one only likes tiny pieces of food while the other only likes big chunky pieces so this is the best of both worlds they love it and when I could not afford the food from petco and such I bought cheap walmart food which is really bad for them and since I changed it to better quality food the fill up their food sacs and they have been gaining weight and now that amazon has it for such a low price it makes me happy because who wants to spend 15+ dollars for food that lasts such a short time. I do feed them fresh fruits since an all seed diet is unhealthy oh btw since winter is over and they are "shedding" this really helped their feathers.

Seems no different than forti diet for cockateil. Same exact ingredients just a different picture and more money.
