Historic Lynchburg Tennessee Whiskey Swineapple Rib Glaze & Dippin' Sauce

We got a slab of St. Louis ribs and seasoned them with the "bone lickin seasoning" overnight. In the morning we put them in the oven at 300 for 5 hours. Then to the grill and we used like 1/3-1/2 the bottle with grilling and then Dipping after. These ribs came out so perfect I just ordered another bottle. We also used a dab with Montreal steak seasoning on our ny strip steaks. This is such a tasty bbq sauce it is slightly sweet and tangy, it isn't a spicy taste it is just plain good. You can't taste alcohol but you can taste the whiskey. I am a fan of jack Daniels myself so maybe I'm biased but it is a very good flavor. I wouldn't say the jack is overpowering. It is just plain tasty. Super hard to come by, but always keep at least one bottle on hand. Different enough from all other BBQ suaces to be a treat when having pulled pork or pork ribs.

Had a good flavor and was easy to glaze with over my ribs.

With price of shipping it's a little spendy, but this is easily one of my favorite sauces to use. I first got a bottle from a friend who drove up to visit family/friends after he moved. He stopped and grabbed a few bottles from their actual location in Tennessee. After running out I had to have more. Shipping was fast, and the bottle was security packaged with bubble wrap inside a heavy cardboard box. Will be ordering more!Also, their steak+burger dry seasoning is delicious as well.

I went on a binge of trying different BBQ Sauces because I was tired of the not-so-good ones on the big grocery store shelves. This sauce WON the WOW contest. We are in love with it.

I purchased this sauce because I thought it would be like the Jack Daniel's sauce at TGI Friday's - it is not. This is however a very good rib glaze, and does contain Jack Daniel's black label whiskey. The sauce has a stong pineapple and bourbon flavor with a slightly hot after taste. I've used the sauce on ribs a couple times and my wife and I both love it. I've also applied the glaze to salmon on the grill and it worked well for that too. The glaze tastes best if you burn a little bit of it on the meat, that brings out the brown sugar and carmel flavor. I would say this glaze is better than the regular Jack Daniel's barbeque sauce you can buy at the grocery store.

Taste so good! Can't wait to buy more it's well worth the money!
