Cuts cheese very nicely. Just be careful when storing. A knife block or similar. It is plastic and will not do well in a drawer of loose utensils. Wipes clean easily.

These are the best ever for cutting almost anything especially cheese. They should never be used to pry food out of a container which is the reason I am on knife number 4. Highly recommend these. Use, wipe the blade with a napkin and you are ready for the next cut.

My favorite cheese knife for soft cheeses. My last one lasted at least 10 years. I hope this one last that long.

This is my 3rd cheese knife and when this one breaks I'll buy another. Love them. Not terribly durable but on anything but hard cheeses slices perfectly and the slices don't stick to the knife blade. Easy to wash, by hand or dishwasher.My only complaint is really poor packing from this company. The knife was banging around in a way too big box. No paper, nothing, just empty space. Wasteful and lazy. (Really fast shipping, though, but a little more effort would have been appreciated. )

I actually purchased my knife about a year and a half ago, so hopefully the quality is still good. But I was just using my beloved knife and realized I hadn't written a review on it.13 dollars seems like a lot for a plastic cheese knife, but this is just my favorite. It does especially great with havarti which tends to stick to everything when I cut. Highly recommended.Mine did come slightly bent at the back end of the blade, but it never really affected the cutting. So four stars since they shouldn't be sending bent knives.

If I go to a house and discover that they don’t own this exact knife, I order one for them. It is the perfect cheese knife, and I cannot be convinced otherwise. It cuts both soft cheeses and hard cheeses with it’s weird step design on the blade of the knife. Stop reading reviews and just buy this one already.

I've had this cheese knife for four years, and I am very happy with it! It works well with a variety of cheeses and does not stick. The only downside is that it's a little flimsy, so you have to be careful when cutting very hard cheeses or hand washing it. But it hasn't broken on me! It also works well to cut other sticky foods like brownies.

I was so disappointed when I opened this and saw that it was plastic. But then, I used it! This is the most amazing magical cheese knife I've ever seen. It cuts through cheese like butter and you can easily make thin even slices. It feels a little flimsy, being plastic, but for the price if anything ever happens to it I'll absolutely buy another. If you have kids who love cheese, you need this in your life.

Great for slicing all cheeses.

A little more expensive than I would like. Great knife.
