Calms you down!!
This Definitely calms you down! It's a nice little relaxer on days stress is high! It's not horrible tasting as we all have had worse in our mouths ! Lmao! I'll take it straight most times and sometimes I'll add it to my beverage. I think it's faster acting taking it straight. No grogginess for me in the morning either.
