I love this coffee BUT every package I receive is messed up and it doesn't brew in the Keurig. Drives me crazy! I buy the K-Cups for convenience and for some reason the way they are packaged are all bent and disfigured and doesn't brew in the Keurig. My machine actually shuts down and won't brew it. I just end up doing a pour over coffee with it, but very frustrating. I don't get how they are packaging the product?

First time trying it. Would buy again. But I found it tastes better in a smaller cup Regular size coffee cup instead of a bigger mug

I love the flavor of this coffee. The cups are mainly collapsed and the top is plastic rather than foil. This doesn't always allow for puncturing so I've had a lot of gritty cups. I keep a toothpick handy to pierce the top where only indents were made. This has to be my favorite tasting coffee but I won't buy it again - too much waste and frustration. I suggest Amazon's Solimo French roast instead. Pretty good and consistent.
