We have a small bakery and inventing gluten free cones was a big deal! This cone maker worked beautifully! It did take some experimenting and practice on batter thickness, rolling technique,etc., but that was on me. Really glad I bought this!

You can tell it’s not made in the states.. The owners manual, well it makes zero sense. Literally, you have to piece things together to make it make sense. The lid on the machine feels broken. When closing it closes to the left side which makes things wonky.

Overall, it functions well. I noticed that if the hinge side is closed quickly, it compresses the cone material, causing that part of the cone to become thinner and cook more, which can result in overcooking. To prevent this issue, you can hold the hinge with a spatula and lower it evenly. This overcoomed issue is visible in the attached photo.

The media could not be loaded. My product came badly dented in the front. The metal posts which hold up the heating systems are all twist. It also seems like the screws will come apart from the bottom at any moment. The box it came in was punctured all the way through to the machine.im very disappointed. It's not even made well. I can't get a refund because I'm not from the US. I paid over $250.00 usd for this machine to come to Barbados. Do not use this company..

I was so embarrassed when my dad opened this for Christmas. The corners were banged up, paint chipped, and it had a red mark on it. It looked like it had been set up in a restaurant kitchen and boxed up to sell like it was new. Very unhappy.

Should be a simple piece of equipment, but even the most basic features are complete failures.1) When you close the top, you'll notice is just a simple hinge on the back side. This means the back side of the heating plates touch before the front. The uneven plates make the waffle thin and over-done on the back side, and thick and under-done on the front side. Not only does this make the waffle completely uneven, but you can't roll it into a cone since the back side is crispy and the front is still dough.2) The timer is just a fancy knob. It does noting.3) Had to remove the screws on the back side to get the protective plastic film off. All the screws that hold the back plate on are stripped out. They were loose before I even started to remove them.Complete waste of money...now I'm looking for a replacement...and wondering what to do with this one...——————-Update:The seller gave me a 100% refund. They were quick to respond, concerned about the issues I had, and offered me a full refund. Their communication and quick action is earning them an star…but I can’t give more than 2 stars because I don’t want to give the impression this item is worthy.

The Instructions and information that came with this is useless. It didn't translate very well to English.The cone maker works good. A little trial and error and we were able to get the temperature and timing right.

The handle is a bit loose and one of the knobs was broken upon arrival. It performs well, just doesn’t seem very sturdily constructed.
