Avoid Cortisone shots and custom inserts
Planter fasciitis done and dusted in a week. Walking normal again and even played pickle ball this week. I’ve had these in my shoes for 3 years then got a new pair of shoes two years ago. I then went to mow the lawn with my Planter fasciitis in full bloom and my old hikers had the old inserts in them. All of the sudden my feet felt better and I realized I had been without out them for just over 2 years. Nor I bought 2 more one for my work and one for my tennis shoes. I’m back to living pain free. I was almost ready to go get some Cortisone shots but now I don’t have too. I love these things. They are better than the ones the Podiatrist made for me. Great product.

Invest in your feet
I have a 6 day a week job that entails lots of standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, going up/down stairs, and squatting. I was using some FootShox Insoles that worked well when they were new, but were just way too old to be effective anymore for me. I decided to try something new, did some online research, and came across this Powerstep brand as being one of the legit offerings that are actually endorsed by actual foot specialists/clinics. So I took the plunge, and I've been using these insoles for over a month now in a pair of New Balance 609 crosstraining shoes. My chronic foot soreness at the bottom center and heel of my feet has really lessened, but I think it could be better due to me simply choosing a better shoe next time around. It's no fault to the insoles in my opinion. I think the shoes I chose are too loosely fit for my feet. I always loved New Balance, and their preferred by my foot doctor. I've also tried Reebok Flex fitness shoes in the past so I may even consider trying these Powerstep insoles in those. In Summary, these insoles do their job very well, are well made, fit in my shoe well with no cutting needed, and are worth every penny. Less Pain is always a good selling point for anyone, and this product delivered that for me :)

Good support for price
Great orthotics but not too rigid. Good cushioning and great fit. These are durable and will last a long time. Easy to put in and take out of shoes

great comfortable insole at a great value
As a Delivery Driver I am on my feet constantly moving hand carts full of stuff up and down ramps, up and down stairs, over long distances etc. I am hard on shoes and being in a comfortable shoe all day is extremely important. I wear redwing boots and tried redwings recommended shoe insoles which are about $60 a pair. They lasted about 2-3 months before falling apart (did i say i was hard on shoes?!). Looking for an alternative I did my research and tried these ones out. Right out of the package from the very first step These felt great. These have a hard base with the right curves and support for flat feet. At a fraction of the cost of the more expensive ones I was using they held up better and provided the same level of comfort. After about 3-4 months of use they are showing wear in the heel section with foam missing (typical wear spot). but surprisingly they are still comfortable. I will continue to order more of these and use them... If you've never tried special shoe insoles before I'd really reccomend it! really changes how your feet and body feel throughout the day. Well worth the money

Work as well as can be expected, may want to order up a size
I have flat feet and fairly severe overpronation. My job involves being on my feet on a hard floor for 8-12 hours and for several months I've had pretty much constant soreness in my feet and legs. After a week of using these insoles the soreness is mostly gone and they're pretty comfortable. My only complaints are that a bit more cushioning/shock absorption would be nice, and they run a bit small. I wear size 13 shoes and ordered the size 12-13.5 insoles. Tried 2 pairs of insoles in 2 pairs of shoes and with both pairs the right insole fits almost perfectly, but the left ones are both slightly too short. I can sometimes feel the edge of the insole under my big toe. Not a big deal but slightly annoying sometimes. When it comes time to replace them I'm ordering the size 14-14.5.

Worth every penny
Definitely worth it. Was having a lot of pain in my feet and my podiatrist recommended these and after using them for about 2 weeks, these will be the only insoles I buy.

Fantastic replacement of custom inserts.
I love these shoe inserts. My foot doctor recommended them and they work. Much much less expensive than the custom inserts. My foot pain is gone. Buy them.

Good shape and support, wear pads on top of them.
These were the right shape and comfortable for my big flat and damaged feet (skateboarding). They relieved pain in my body. I wear cheap foam insoles on top of them so that I have extra padding on top of the supportive shape, and so that I wear out the pads and not these insoles. I'm still looking for the right combination of soles and pads but these are doing the job ok for now.
