Can someone list the ingredients!

Taken from the label: Chiles, toasted onion, brown sugar, dehydrated garlic, green bell pepper, dehydrated onion, red bell pepper, paprika, spices, natural flavor, vinegar powder. No MSG. Gluten free. No preservatives.

why why why put sugar in it????????

I agree with you. I am diabetic and I cannot have salt nor sugar. I am having a hard time finding seasonings that fit my needs.

Is this seasoning hot/spicy? I need something for my elderly father.

Chef Paul Prudhomme's Salt Free Magic Seasonings is not especially hot/spicy. It is flavorful and medium/spicy with the emphasis on flavor. A great substitute for shaking on salt trying to enhance the flavor of whatever you are cooking or eating.

Is this soy free? I always get nervous when i see "natural flavor"

I see no mention of soy on pkg. It's a delicious salt free seasoning. I frequently cook with it.

Salt free and very tasty.

This is my favorite salt free seasoning. Have not been able to find it locally for some time. I hope I will be able to find it here in the future.

It’s delicious!

I love this stuff! I’ve recently been diagnosed with Ménière’s disease and finding a good salt replacement is really tough. I have purchased many other brands and they were ok. Flat, but better than nothing. This one? So much better. Is it salt? No, but it does wake up flavors better than any other I’ve purchased. I use it on everything from eggs and baked potatoes to salt free tacos and shawarma. It’s made this low sodium life much more enjoyable.

Salt substitute ????

Salt is not spicy, why is it everything has to be spicy, used on egg sandwiches and he didn’t like it, used on hamburger and he said it was ok, all salt substitutes have so much stuff in them.

Best salt alternative !!

Being on a low salt diet is a real pain! I’m constantly on a quest to find something to make bland food palatable and I think I found the Holy Grail of spice blends. This stuff tastes good on Everything !!I even take it to restaurants to put on my vegetables and protein . That way I don’t feel deprived when I see my dining companions enjoying their tasty entrees. Can’t recommend it enough !!

Very big flavor with none of the salt !

I have a very pointed question for the product in general ! How do you list brown sugar as one of your ingredients but on the percentage in( grams ) you state "0 grams " of sugar!?? Now unless you are really able to perform some kind of magic , I am confused by this !!
