So very easy to put together, and easy enough to split down to put in the boot of the car.Simple to drive and unless you're single, 4 mph is certainly fast enough for an able bodied wife to keep up. Although I think she was angling for a Bucky Seat!!!Excellent scooter, would highly recommend.

Do not buy this scooter. The seat wobbles and is not secure. The steering wheel is loose and moves fowards as you ride causing you to fall forwards. There is no effortless driving as the description states, in fact you will have to reverse many times before you can go around a bend. My mum fell and injured herself. And they won’t give you your money back when you report it faulty even though you have a year to return a defective item. Lee Cartwright will refuse to let you return it. Put your money into going with another scooter. Bad product and bad service. We are now pursuing legal action against the company for the injury caused by the scooter.

i like it as it saves me the pain of walking

This is a great mobility scooter which, once assembled, is very easy to use.Unpacking and assembly should only be undertaken by someone with a reasonable amount of strength, and if it is to be carried in a car then the ability to take it apart and lift the 4 components is also required.For those who do not have the strength to lift the various parts then I would recommend that it only be bought if charging of the battery can be done indoors (or in, say, a garage).Personally, I leave mine in the car and carry the battery into the house for charging.

Our scooter arrived within 2 days of our placing the order. Unfortunately, the power indicator gauge was cracked on the inside of the Perspex when we removed the packaging. We contact Lee at the suppliers and he immediately offered to send a replacement scooter to us that very day. We requested just a replacement gauge, which we were more than capable of fitting ourselves, and this arrived next day. The product itself is fantastic value for money, it looks great and it ticks every box in terms of performance. The true mark of a customer focused business is how you put things right for your customer when something goes wrong! Lee is a true customer focused person and a credit to his business. Buy with total confidence in the knowledge that if you’re in anyway disappointed your concerns will be resolved to your complete satisfaction. I have no connection with this business other than as a totally satisfied first time customer.

Brilliant little scooter , easy to take apart and reassemble for putting in car boot ，great for use on busy streets and shopping etc because it's not too big but it's large enough to do the job ， bargain for the money and given me my freedom back
